At the National Bobblehead HOF Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
